Setting Up a Password on a New Google Site Page

Step 1: Log in to your Google account and access Google Sites.

Step 2: Create a new Google Site page or navigate to the page you want to protect with a password.

Step 3: Click on the 'Share' button located in the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: In the 'Share with others' window, click on 'Change' next to 'Anyone with the link'.

Step 5: Select 'Specific people' from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to grant access to the page.

Step 7: Check the box next to 'Notify people' if you want to send them an email about the shared page.

Step 8: Click on 'Send' to share the page with the selected individuals.

Step 9: They will receive an email with a link to access the page. When they click on the link, they will be prompted to enter their Google credentials to view the page.

Your Google Site page is now password-protected and accessible only to the specified individuals.
