How to Find Your WiFi Password

Ways to Find Your WiFi Password

It happens to the best of us – you've set up your WiFi network ages ago and now, when someone asks for the WiFi password, you realize you can't remember it. Don't worry, there are a few easy ways to locate your WiFi password:

  1. Check your Router
  2. Many times, the default WiFi password is printed on a sticker on the back or bottom of your router. Look for a password labeled as SSID, WPA, or WEP key.

  3. Access your Router Settings
  4. You can also find your WiFi password by logging into your router's settings. Open a web browser, type in your router's IP address, log in with your username and password, and look for the WiFi password in the wireless settings section.

  5. Check your Device's Saved Passwords
  6. If you previously connected your device to the WiFi network, you can find the password saved in your device's network settings. For Windows, go to Network Settings; for Mac, go to Keychain Access; for Android, go to WiFi settings; and for iOS, go to WiFi settings and choose the network you're connected to.

By using these methods, you should be able to find your WiFi password in no time!
